When you use the calculator and request an analysis: first name, email, phone (optional) and your calculator answers (income, debts, savings, property value, etc.).

Purpose

To contact you about your mortgage project and prepare a personalized analysis. Your information is never sold.

Service providers

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Calculator answers (without your contact details) are sent to Anthropic (Claude) to generate the written analysis. Requests are delivered by email through Resend. These providers may process data outside Quebec [privacy impact assessment to be completed].

Retention

Information is kept only as long as needed for these purposes, then securely destroyed.
